Many of you begged me to show off my workplace.
I've finally gave in... and so, here it is!

As you can see, I like to keep it simple. Very simple. Zero distractions, absolute 100% focus on the work in front of me.

My desk, although it's obviously an expensive piece of artistic furniture, is small, neat and tidy. No need for extra room, not even for a pen. I'm a photographer, not a writer. No distractions! Focus, focus, focus!

Also priceless is my custom-made chair. No comfort whatsoever. Comfort means laziness. Uncomfortable means hard at work. No distractions! Miguel is 100% uncomfortably focused.

The room itself must be zen. It's empty and clean. I clean it every 10 minutes. No dirt, no bugs, no distractions!

Also, this place is in the middle of nowhere. No people around, zero human presence. People say I'm weird and I don't like that, it distracts me.

The window is usually boarded up. The outside world is very distracting. I'm a photographer and photographers don't need the outside world. We need to keep a sharp focus, that's all.

So, this is my zen headquarters, my workplace, dark and uncomfortable in a totally non-weird way, highly distraction-proof and depressive in a professional sense.

For inspiration, I keep the Biting Pear of Salamanca nearby, of course!
